Terms and Conditions
1) Pilgrims must be in good state of health during registration and is fit to travel as deemed by doctor/s.
2) Pilgrims who have chronic illness / elderly 60 and above must register together with a family member who is responsible for them and will also be travelling with them.
3) Wheelchair push service for Tawaf & Sai’e of each Umrah is SR350 – SR500. Pilgrims’ next-of-kin is responsible for the family member who is not fit (ill / elderly / disabled).
4) Booking is made with minimum $500 deposit per person upon registration.
- 3 months before date of departure: settle 50% of package’s total amount.
- 45 days before date of departure: Settlement of balance payment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the booking and $300 deduction will be imposed.
5) Child with bed will be priced similar as adults pricing according to selection of room configuration; double / triple / quad.
6) Selection for double / triple / quad is not guaranteed for single traveller.
7) All visa application is subject to Saudi Arabia’s authority. Every pilgrim MUST ENSURE:
- Passport with minimum 7 months validity from the date of departure with 4 continuous empty pages.
- Passport / copy of passport must be presented during booking for visa application.
- Not changing to new passport. Should there be any changes, our office must be informed not later than 1 month before your date of departure.
8) We strongly encourage pilgrims to purchase Travel Insurance that covers Covid-19.
9) To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore laws, GSA does not accept any liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events which are beyond its reasonable control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on its part including but not limited to war, acts of terror, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusual severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents or failure of machinery or equipment or demonstration and industrial action.
10) GSA cannot be held responsible for any expense, reimbursement or refund of any component of the Umrah / Jejak Rasul / Tours Package if a pilgrim is denied boarding by airlines or other agencies on medical grounds, deported or refused entry by Saudi Arabia / Jordan / Israel / Egypt Immigration or Customs or other authorities for whatever reasons, including having improper travel documents, infringing quarantine or custom regulation and possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may cause harm or damage to person or property.
11) Package & flight pricing, taxes, visa, date & programmes are subject to changes.
12) Packages are not inclusive of additional cost should a pilgrim be tested positive for Covid-19 during PCR Test before flight departure to Singapore. Travel agency is not liable for ALL SHN / Quarantine / Medical costs, in Singapore & Saudi Arabia alike.
13) TM Fouzy Travel & Tours Pte Ltd reserves the rights to cancel / change / substitute any details of the package without any prior notice.
